Get focused on unhappy customers
March 20, 2016
Environments are used to execute an application could be very dissimilar. Different browsers for web-apps, different OSes for server-apps, specific plugins or addons could incite your application be unfriendly.
You can't find it during testing locally, but fortunatelly you can simply identify unhappy customers with help of the following:
- Introduce proactive errors and exceptions handling practice into your development process;
- Use environments report supplied with DevOps board.
That's how it works. When error or exception is occured on customer side detailed report is submitted into DevOps board. There is a environment identity like IP-address or host name inside the report. You open Environments report directly from your DevOps board and sort it using number of issues found.
You can open related issue and clarify what is wrong, do appropriate modifications or ask more details from a customer.
